I’m not here to convince you one method of doing anything is best, because every family is different! So I’ll share my own realistic experiences, including what worked and what didn’t so you can find what’s best for you.

Organizing your home

It’s a parent’s dream to be organized – to have a place for everything and maintain a schedule so the day doesn’t just disappear. Despite the chaotic nature of having kids, there are a variety of ways you can make your day run more smoothly.

I share my tips based on experience and education in professional organizing to help you find order in your home.

Eating well and nourishing you and your family’s bodies is a constant battle as a parent. It’s hard to choose meals that don’t take too long to make, aren’t too expensive, and that everyone likes. I’ve been there!

I’ll share my journey with the nutrition program I personally use, Metabolism Makeover, as well as some ideas for feeding the whole family.
